President and CEO
Steve Grieco is the President, Chief Executive Officer and member of the board of directors for SourceHOV. He leads the organization’s mission to solve business problems through the integration of technology and industry expertise.
Before joining SourceHOV, Steve was a global executive with more than 26 years at Pitney Bowes, where he began in sales and then as a staff attorney. He then served as the director of Asian operations, opening China and doubling revenue for the 23-country region. His next position was as regional vice president for Southern Europe where returned the region to profitability and executed a transformational acquisition.
He went on to lead Pitney’s UK and Ireland operations as regional vice president and managing director, where he achieved aggressive growth and increased profitability by 25%. Most recently, he was president of Pitney’s largest unit, the $2.2 billion U.S. mailing business.
Steve holds a law degree and BS in marketing from Seton Hall University. Steve has been a member of the New Jersey Bar since 1989.
President, Business Process Services
Suresh Yannamani is President of Business Process Solutions for SourceHOV. He leads a team of process, operations and technology experts.
Before joining SourceHOV, Suresh worked for Coopers & Lybrand and then IBM, where he was responsible for the design, development and implementation of financial management information systems for the healthcare and financial services industries.
In addition, Suresh was the Executive Vice President of BPO Services for LASON which was subsequently acquired by HOV Services. Suresh was instrumental in shaping the vision and strategy for SourceHOV, including the merger with SOURCECORP in 2011.
Suresh holds a BS degree from the University of London and an MBA from Eastern Michigan University, where he also completed the Executive Management Program.
President, KPO Division
Ron Cogburn is the President of SourceHOV’s Knowledge Process Outsourcing division. He leads the company’s expert and strategic consulting groups and knowledge process outsourcing teams.
Prior to the formation of SourceHOV, Ron served as the first President of HOV Services, Ltd. headquartered in India. He helped grow the company from $53 to $200 million and led it through an initial public offering on the India National Exchange.
Ron’s professional experience includes construction claims consulting, litigation support, program management, project management, cost estimating, damages assessment and general building construction Ron provides all levels of evaluation, analysis and documentation of construction claims, fraud investigations and large loss property claims. He testifies in federal, state and administrative courts.
Ron is a registered Professional Engineer and a nationally recognized testifying expert.
General Counsel
Chuck Gilbert is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for SourceHOV. He advises on legal and strategic matters, and oversees all material legal decisions.
Prior to the formation of SourceHOV, Chuck was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to SourceHOV’s predecessor SOURCECORP, where he represented the company while publicly traded, and then through its private equity sponsored go private transaction. He acted as principal negotiator of a $30 million settlement payment to the company, negotiated and closed a $100 million divestiture program, negotiated several multimillion dollar insurance recoveries, obtained significant adversarial awards, and negotiated and closed numerous acquisitions.
Prior to joining SOURCECORP, Chuck was a partner in the corporate securities section of Jackson Walker LLP.
Chuck holds a BS degree in physics from the University of Texas and JD degree with honors from the University of Texas School of Law.
Chief Financial Officer
Katy is the Chief Financial Officer for SourceHOV with responsibility for the company's worldwide financial and accounting operations. She oversees all strategic financial transactions.
Prior to joining SourceHOV, Katy was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Taleo Corporation where she was responsible for the worldwide finance and legal operations. At Taleo, Katy successfully completed multiple financial transactions including an $80 million secondary offering and $150 million primary offering. In addition, she played a leadership role in five acquisitions from $5 million to $125 million.
Katy also served as Chief Financial Officer of EXL Services, Inc, a provider of value-added offshore business process outsourcing solutions, where she was responsible for preparing the company for an initial public offering. She was also the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for i2 Technologies, a multinational supply chain management software company.
Katy is a CPA and holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Accounting from Louisiana State University.
Chief Marketing Officer
Ryon is the Chief Marketing Officer for SourceHOV and leads the organization’s focus on solving problems in specific market segments.
Prior to SourceHOV, Ryon led marketing for Dell’s Global 500 segment and industry verticals in the Americas developing programs for inside sales, account acquisition and pipeline generation. Prior roles at Dell included directing product management for managed services and outsourcing. He came to Dell through the acquisition of Perot Systems where he served as director of portfolio management.
Ryon also served as vice president of sales and marketing for a big-data consulting firm, vice president of marketing for the public network security company Intrusion.com, and prior to that the private SecureLogix, as well as senior marketing positions in software, services, and hardware companies including multiple start-ups.
Chief Human Resources Officer and International Advisor
Bret advises SourceHOV in human resources supporting SourceHOV’s global workforce. Bret is responsible for the company’s human capital management strategy partnering with businesses around the globe to develop talent and leadership that drives long term profitable growth.
Most recently, Bret was the Vice President of Human Resources for Rogers Communications where he was responsible for leading Human Resources for an $11 billion dollar business with 26,000 employees based in Canada. Prior to Rogers, Bret held progressive domestic and international leadership roles with Suncor Energy, Manulife Financial, and BCE including senior roles in Hong Kong and Japan.
Bret holds a BA in Economics from Dalhousie University, an MBA from the University of Toronto, and MSc in Research Methodology & Quantitative Methods from University of Reading. Bret also holds the SHRP (Senior Human Resources Professional) designation, and is a graduate of the Harvard Advanced Management Program.
